Fees follow the size of the grant file and the condition of the records — not a one-size subscription.
How we quote
Most agricultural grant accounting work is quote-based after a short scoping call. We ask for the scheme name, program year, approximate grant value, number of claim tranches, and whether vouchers are digitised.

Travel outside the Klang Valley for on-site voucher work is billed at cost plus agreed day rates.

- Missing bank reconciliations or mixed personal/grant accounts
- Portal exports that require reconstruction before analytics
- Board presentations or bilingual findings letters
What we do not sell
We do not offer monthly software subscriptions, seat licences, or checkout carts. Fees cover professional time and the agreed deliverables only.
Deposits
A 40% deposit confirms the engagement start date. The balance is due on delivery of the final findings letter or analytics report. See our refund policy for cancellations and work already started.
